Massage Gift Voucher FAQs

How is the gift voucher delivered?

By email. Once payment is complete, we email the voucher to the recipient together with your personal message, and you receive a confirmation email with the voucher code and expiry date. You can also download the voucher, or copy a link to share it, straight after your purchase.

What does a gift voucher include?

Each voucher is for one massage of the type and length you choose when you buy it, for example a 60-minute full body massage. Choose from the treatments listed in the form, including full body, sports, deep tissue, back, neck & shoulders and couples massage. The price is shown before you pay.

How does the recipient book their massage?

On our online booking page, they enter the voucher code in the Gift Voucher box and select Redeem, then choose the clinic, date and time.

Can the voucher be used at both D-Stress clinics?

Yes. It can be redeemed at our Manchester Piccadilly or Liverpool clinic, as long as the chosen treatment is offered there. Couples massage is available in Liverpool only.

Can I buy a couples massage gift voucher?

Yes. Couples massage is available at our Liverpool clinic at No. 01 Old Hall Street, L3 9HF.

How long is the gift voucher valid?

Each voucher has an expiry date, shown on the voucher and in your confirmation email. It needs to be redeemed by that date.

Can the appointment be cancelled or rescheduled?

Yes. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice by calling Liverpool on 07535 112231 or Manchester on 07538 881768, or by emailing info@dstressmassage.com, and we will rearrange the appointment for a more convenient time.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes. Add a message of up to 500 characters in the voucher form. It is included in the email to the recipient.

Can I use a promotion code?

Yes. Enter a valid promotion code in the voucher form and the discounted price is shown before you continue to payment.

How do I pay for the gift voucher?

Payment is taken securely online through Stripe. Once it is complete, the voucher is created and emailed straight away.
